TVD episode 4×12 will air on January 31, 2013 and was directed by Brad Turner and written by Rebecca Sonnenshine.

What we know about our beloved Original family is they’ll be at odds. Rebekah is going to choose to ignore Klaus’ plea for her to help him stop Kol’s plan. So, it looks like little Kol is really shaking things up now that he’s back in town. Klaus wants Jeremy protected, presumably just for the purpose of finding the cure.

Bonnie’s father is the new Mayor, played by Rick Worthy. Word is he has an “unconventional” way of ending the violence in Mystic Falls. Does he know everyone’s secrets? Bonnie will be having a not-so-pleasant run in with Kol. Word is she’ll have another unexpected visitor as well. Another Original? Shane? Hayley? Someone else?

Damon and Stefan are still not on good terms (no surprise there) and Klaus decides to rub salt in their wounds by revealing something about Stefan’s personal life. What the hell could he even say? Klaus just keeps stirring up the pot, because he then goes to Damon for advice. I’m sorry… say what?

Elena is still trying to follow through with her own plan for Jeremy, whatever that is. She wants Stefan on her side but it just puts him in a tough spot. Elena, what do you have up your sleeve?

A 1980’s Decade Dance was planned and then cancelled by the Mayor. Ulterior motives much? There’s no way the cancellation of the dance doesn’t have something to do with the Originals or the Salvatores. Here’s the real kicker. Rebekah is upset about the dance (we all know how she loves high school dances) and Stefan finds a “charming” way to make it up to her. How cute is this photo?

What are your thoughts and predictions about this episode? What does Klaus have up his sleeve, is the new Mayor a good guy and are Stefan and Rebekah rekindling an old flame?

This design is wicked! You most certainly know how to keep a
reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog
(well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really loved what you had to say,
and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
